Push-ups

Push-ups are not the exercises that people take as a serious part of the fitness routine, unfortunately. The matter is that push-ups are that complex which tests the whole body – the arms, shoulders, back, chest, legs and hips. While other exercises are effective, but they do not influence many parts of the body, push-ups are on the top among the physical exercises, but it is not to be an only one to take. Using it in complex with other exercises is important.
It is the quickest way to build muscles and develop whole body endurance. In the complex with the weight and resistance exercises, it helps to build muscles very easily.
Of course, it is not an easy matter to achieve needed form, but it is worthy consideration. They recommend setting a goal of, for example, hundred push-ups per day. Start with as many push-ups as it is possible per day. Add one more push-up every day. Do not be lazy or your result will turn back if you miss. A hundred push-ups take only fifteen minutes per day. They recommend doing some sets between push-ups. For example, do ten push-ups, and then let you have one-minute break and do another set, then one-minute cooling down and a new set. Do not be upset if you are not able to do a needed plan at once. Take a longer break and then you can continue. Some sportsmen recommend kneeling position for the relaxation between the sets. It is like sitting on your feet with your knees before you and raising your hands.
