Learning how to walk

Actually, walking is the first step to fitness and Pilates training involving. It is twice interesting as it allows killing two birds at the same time. First, correct walking prepares your muscles to the harder physical exercises affecting your cerebral system. Second, it makes shape and posture better. This practice is not very popular. Anyway, if you hate physical work and you do not wish to be involved into hard push-ups and pull-ups, running and jumping, but you wish to keep in shape - walking program is something that you need.

The only disadvantage is that this system needs much time – a year or about a year in order to learn how to control body, fall weight on four corners of the feet, go straight. However, any fitness program is quick and easy. Every of them requires some time and much work. The advantage is that walking program promises good results with less strength as this practice comes from yoga. Therefore, it covers rather metal state of a person than physical.

The therapists assure that it is possible to cope with minor troubles, but walking is not able to cure a person from harder diseases, joint disorders or muscle pain.

The contradictory point of view presents walking as an opportunity to affect the body slightly. The matter is that you are able to change muscle work, but you are not able to make your bones go in different direction. Breaking the natural rules of the bones is to result into the worse things. A professional trainer is to see what plan is better to you, how plastic your body is and what exercises you need more or less.
