The therapists and gynecologists recommend being involved into sport even when you become a young mother. After giving a birth to a child, a woman finds the troubles with back, weight, arterial pressure and depression. Water fitness helps a woman to relax her back and backbone, but it is worth remembering that for about a half of the year after the pregnancy the back is very weak - the ligaments spraining is possible.

Simply it is better to plan feeding in half an hour before working out or in an hour after it. After working out you could suffer from thirst, so, drink more liquids.

For example, your breast weight can reach thirty kilograms, but what if it is full with milk. It is to be very hard for a young woman. As for the water exercises, the things are to be much easier. The matter is that the water fitness influences in two ways. First of all, it is much easier to do the physical exercises in water. In addition, you get natural soft resistance on your body, which effects your muscles in a very positive way.
