Baby steps

If you are seriously involved into your plans to keep in shape or lose some kilograms, congratulations! You made the first step to your dream (which is kept quite away now, but you are moving to it). Baby steps are required as it helps a person to accommodate to working out, as it is a kind of changing your usual lifestyle. Beginning the fitness exercises, you should understand that it is needed to you, so, make everything possible for you. Every small achievement is to be rewarded in order to support your desire to keep in shape. I do not mean a bloody beefsteak after every training period, but some kind of the needed articles. You can promise yourself to buy the new running boots when you make some kind of success in your training. Another step is not to get upset about missing training once. It is recommended to train three times per week, ex. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you miss a single day, remove it to the next day, but do not let yourself fall out of your plan.
Be sure that you perform the easy working out for at least two weeks. Your body would definitely be against such intensive program for the first time, so, allow it to get used to new kind of life. If you feel tiredness, cool down and stretch. If you feel pain, ice the place. It is recommended not to be afraid of giving break between the periods.
In spite of the fact that a diet is needed, do not go on a diet quickly. It is better observing what you are eating. Proteins are much recommended as they help to build your muscles. A glass of warm milk or chocolate is the drink, which is very rich for calcium. The only thing, which is strictly prohibited while you are training, is fast food and other snacks.
